An RMA number can be obtained by completing the following Online RMA Request Form. After the RMA form has been received and reviewed Element Labs customer service will respond with an RMA number and instructions for returning the product.

Returns for repair are subject to a repair evaluation fee of $80 for the first item and $20 for each additional item. Repair evaluation fee will be applied towards the repair cost when authorization for the repair is received by Element Labs, Inc. If the repair quote is declined, return of the equipment will be at the customer's expense. Additionally, equipment left for more than 30 days after a declined repair quote will become the property of Element Labs, Inc.
